Unfortunately, the non-smoking rooms smelled so heavily of smoke and marijuana, that it was not possible to stay. Upon checking the rooms, the staff canceled our stay and assured us that our credit cards would be refunded. To this point, I was not refunded the full amount, and was charged an additional cancelation fee. Econo Lodge has not yet responded to any of my messages inquiring about the experience and the promised refund.

The worst hotel I have ever being. False advertisement. No breakfast. No pool. No towels. No shampoo no conditioner no lotion. No internet for the television, black screen for 1 whole day. A big nightmare

I chose this location because it was in close proximity to the Homestead raceway. We were attending the Dixie Vodka 400, and the price was reasonable as opposed to other locations that were filling up (three major sports events this particular weekend, at my last count).
